The system has built in sample emails and it also gives mortgage brokers the ability to create their own personalized email sets for every situation. Mortgagefollowup.com will help mortgage brokers by keeping continuous face time with the leads that are either rate shopping or not ready to complete a new mortgage when they first speak. Historically, mortgage brokers have given up on rate shoppers as potential clients but with rising interest rates and lead prices, this is a bad habit that needs to be broken.

Every call a mortgage broker receives can be classified into different situations. Some leads are rate shopping for a mortgage refinancing, some leads are first time buyers, and other leads are just looking to ask questions about the mortgage process.
